Romance Android App!

This is an alpha-release of the Romance App for Android. It should be functional, but isn't yet ready for prime-time.

You're welcome to install it, provided that you give Cupid some feedback; if it breaks, you get to keep both pieces! Anyone who wants to improve it: let me know; I'd be delighted to have help!

The major difference is that it maximises the screen-space available, compared to the normal phone browser

To install:

1. Ensure your Android phone will allow installation of non-market applications:
   Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Unknown Sources: Allow installation of non-market applications.
   
   
2. Get the .apk file onto your phone. Either:
   • Browse to this page on your phone, and click here to load the app.
   • Save this file on your computer, then copy it across to the phone...
   • Alternatively, use your phone's camera and barcode application to install from the QR code below.
   
   
3. Put your phone back to only accepting applications from the Android Market.
   
   
4. Now run the app. It's called "Romance", and has a heart logo.
   
   

P.S. Sorry iPhone users, nothing for you just yet...but if someone wants to port the app, I'd be delighted to have help.
