Channels

A 'channel' is an anonymous communications channel between two particular members of Romance.ucam.org, one of whom has invited the other to join, or who have nominated each other on the LoveWeb. It can also be created by using the Valentine's card code.

Neither member necessarily knows the real identity or the nickname of the other, but the two members can easily communicate just via the channel number. Each channel has a number (beginning with a '#' symbol) which is unique to a pair of members communicating with each other.
